Running a local business from your phone

What you can manage in the mobile app and which settings to handle on the web.

Manage customer work from your phone

When you work away from a desk, new inquiries and customer messages still need attention. Pantora’s mobile app lets you check a lead, reply to a text, or review prepared work from the phone you have with you.

The app focuses on everyday actions: notifications, messages, leads, reviews, and inbox approvals. Setup and more detailed editing remain on the web, where a larger screen makes them easier to handle.

Get notified when something needs attention

Notifications help you see new requests and messages without repeatedly checking the dashboard. A useful alert should tell you what arrived and take you to the information needed to respond.

Pantora can notify you about new leads, Google reviews, incoming texts, inbox items, appointment reminders, and conversations that need a person. Reports and charts remain available for you to review when you choose.

Review prepared work between appointments

Pantora prepares website changes, review replies, and suggested fixes before asking for your input. The mobile inbox lets you read the reason and review the work without opening a laptop. You still decide which proposed changes and replies to publish.

The inbox on your phone is the same inbox as the web, card for card and button for button. A new page shows the reason and a before-and-after; Approve publishes it. A review reply shows the review and the draft; edit it or post it. A site check-up lists what is wrong; Fix everything handles it. A paid invoice that could belong to two leads asks you to pick. Blog links show the exact sentence and the link; add it or skip it. Whatever you handle on the phone is done on the web, and anything you handle on the web clears from the phone.

Reply with the customer details in front of you

A prompt reply is easier when you can see what the customer already asked. The mobile app keeps the inquiry and conversation together, so you can check the details and respond from your business number wherever you are working.

On the phone, the Messages tab holds every text thread on your business number and every call the AI answered, with the transcript and summary you can read in the truck. If the AI is handling a thread, one tap takes it over and one tap hands it back. The pipeline board is there too: open the lead, read the summary of the call, tap to call or text the customer, and drag the card to Contacted so the office knows. Texts go out from the business number, not your cell, and the conversation stays on the record where the next person can find it.

How texting works on your business number

Use the app for daily work and the web for setup

Use your phone for lead follow-up, customer conversations, review replies, and inbox approvals. Use the web for setting up forms, phone instructions, calendar and accounting connections, and more involved website editing. Both use the same account.

That is how the Pantora app is laid out. Home shows a greeting, your rating and how leads have moved over the last 30 days, the stack of things that need attention, and a feed of what happened. Inbox, Messages, and the pipeline are one tap away, with reviews, contacts, media, and quick website edits under More. It follows your phone's light or dark setting. It is included with your account rather than sold separately, so everyone on your team who handles customers can carry it. Setup, the editor, and the deeper reports stay on the web, where a bigger screen makes them easier.

The setup and the heavy editing. Building forms, configuring the phone agent and texting, connecting calendars and accounting, the full website editor, and the deeper reports stay on the web, where a bigger screen makes them easier. On the phone you can fix text and images on a page and publish that page, but you would not build a new one there.

New leads, new Google reviews, inbound texts on your business number, new items in your inbox, reminders before appointments, and a heads-up when the AI on your phone line or texts needs a person. Each one is meant to be worth the buzz; the reports and summaries wait in the app until you open it. You can silence them in your phone's settings like any other app.

Yes, and everything else in the inbox too. The app has the same cards as the web: approve and publish a new page or a rewrite, reject it, post a drafted review reply, fix everything on a site check-up, add or skip suggested blog links, and match a paid invoice to the right lead. Whatever you handle on the phone is done on the web as well.

Yes, without giving out your personal number. Texts go out from your business number, so the customer sees the business, and the whole thread stays on the record for the next person who picks it up. If the AI is answering a thread, one tap takes it over and one tap hands it back. Call transcripts and summaries sit in the same place.

It is built for that. Big targets, short screens, and a light or dark look that follows your phone. The Home tab shows what needs attention first, so a thirty-second check between jobs is enough. Nothing important is buried more than a tap or two deep, and the things that take real time, like building a page, are left for the desk on purpose.

Yes. Each person on your account signs in with their own login and sees the same inbox, leads, and conversations, so the office can move a lead while you are on a job and the technician can read the customer's notes on the way over. Notes and stage moves made on any phone show up for everyone right away.
